About Dubai Marina

The world's largest master planned waterfront development of its kind, Dubai Marina is EMAAR's large-scale project where construction is well advanced on building the region's first 'intelligent city' that will eventually house 45,000 people in luxurious residential apartments towers and villas in a spectacular waterfront location. The most advanced information technology systems will be available in every home as standard. Already over 600 apartments have been sold in the towers that have been offered for sale.

The first phase of the Dubai Marina project, Marina 1, comprising six towers housing over 1,500 residential units and equipped with the most advanced technology, was completely sold out, soon after it opened for sale last year. The first 3 towers have been named after precious stones, namely 'Murjan' consisting of 37 storeys, 'Al Mass' with 28 storeys and 'Fairooz' which will have 20 storeys. The other 3 derive their names from Arabic scents, 'Mesk' with 37 storeys, 'Yass' 24 storeys and 'Anbar' which will have 16 storeys. Additionally there will be 64 villas and up to 40 retail outlets.

A dynamic five building complex, located on the eastern side of Dubai Marina, Marina 4, offers unparalleled views of the Arabian Gulf, world-class golf courses and the desert.
