Location

This man-made marina is strategically located on the Arabian Gulf in close proximity of leading five-star hotels, beach clubs, international restaurants and prestigious landmarks such as the Dubai Internet City and the Dubai Media City. It is approximately 3.5 km long with 10 km marine frontage starting from Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) and returning just beyond the Sheraton Jumeirah. Spanning an area of 30,000 square feet, the project comprises 10 districts, each of which will be developed as distinct communities with a mix of hotels, apartments and real units.
