Farayand prides itself on the constant communication it has with clients throughout the consultancy process, breaking down formal barriers of communication to make the client feel a part of their own project.

Over the past 25 years, Farayand has been involved in multi-million dollar projects which include a major metro station in Tehran, at a cost of $35 million, the Mahalati Village complex in Tehran, at a cost of $35 million, an atomic energy research center in Qazvin, at a cost of $15 million, Bank Saderat Regional Headquarters in Dubai, at a cost of over $10 million, The Wind Towers at Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, at a combined cost of $105 million, and the Iranian School Complex in Dubai, at a cost of $8 million.

Simultaneously, it has undertaken private projects, which are mainly private residential projects, for various dignitaries of the UAE. Most recently, Farayand is undertaking a luxurious high-rise hotel for His Highness Sheikh Hasher Al Maktoum on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
