Japan's Hitachi Zosen and Shimadzu introduced a wearable computer , which has a full-colour head mount display with a built-in 300,000 pixel CMOS camera and a palm-sized Windows XP personal computer with a pointing device.
The computer made its debut at a virtual reality exhibition in Tokyo yesterday.
