Wind International Design and Property Development has announced that it has recently received official letters from Nakheel informing it that Jumeirah Lake Towers has now employed a no site visit policy. A Wind spokesperson stated, “We have received an interesting letter from Nakheel and it goes across to verify some of the things which we have been telling people, in recent months, spelling out the reality of construction at the development”.

Nakheel’s letter stated, “After much review we have declared a policy of no site visits within JLT. Site visits are a safety hazard”. It went on to read, “We have receiving an increasing number of enquiries from apartment owners on site visits. Please advise your purchasers that visitors will be turned away from the site by security for reasons of safety and insurance hazards”.

Clients of the Wind Towers are being made aware of this development.
