* Dubai Mall to Feature Spectacular Landscaped Environs

Project will involve creation of the Burj Dubai Boulevard, Tower Park and Island Park

Being Developed as the world’s biggest, The Dubai Mall will feature spectacular landscapes, lush parklands, boulevards and sparkling water, according to the promoter, Emaar properties.

It will all take shape through the creation of the Burj Dubai Boulevard, Tower Park and Island Park.

The features will not only provide a welcome getaway but also complement the ultimate shopping and entertainment experience which the mall promises.

Dubbed the Emerald Necklace, the three-kilometer-long Burj Dubai Boulevard will compromise a 73-metre right-off-way, including pedestrian walk-way, three traffic lanes on each side, a landscaped parkway, sidewalk and plaza. Colourful banners, kiosks with brilliant display and ornate street lamps featuring eye-catching paving patterns will characterize the walkway.

The Island Park, on the other hand, follows the local topography of the desert terrain and features a dune style architectural design developed over 2.6 hectares of land.
