Dubai World Central Residential City, which will eventually house 250,000 people in the massive aviation development at Jebel Ali, will offer 'low-cost', freehold property plots to developers and investors when the first phase starts in October 2006. The initial release will be for 25 hectares, which will be 14% of the city's total area. It will give accommodation to 36,000 people.
