Reclamation work on the Palm Jebel Ali, Nakheel's second offshore island development in Dubai, is now 98% complete, Gulf News reported. The land mass is 40% bigger at around 10 sqkm than the Palm Jumeirah, and has a 70km long coast line. It will have a capacity to house 250,000 people when completed.
